Client Relationship Manager

Overview:
The Sales Account Management Professional plays a crucial role in driving sustainable sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction while overseeing the comprehensive relationship with designated accounts. This position serves as the primary liaison for assigned clients, collaborating with various departments such as engineering, purchasing, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly leads the sales process, aiming to meet or surpass established sales targets.
- Conducts visits to both existing and prospective clients to foster relationships.
- Manages routine account activities to maintain client satisfaction.
- Develops and submits both short-term and long-term sales strategies, leveraging available marketing resources to achieve specified objectives.
- Ensures clients receive exceptional customer service throughout their engagement.
Qualifications:
- A university degree (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills to drive results.
- Strong ethical values and integrity in professional conduct.
- Accountable for meeting established goals and performance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external clients.
