Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Drive initiatives to effectively oversee client relationships and implement comprehensive division and commercial strategies:
- Establish and nurture multi-tiered and cross-functional customer connections
- Facilitate regional and corporate account evaluations
- Articulate strategies and activities clearly to clients
- Create actionable and quantifiable plans for enhancing customer satisfaction
- Craft account strategies and conduct thorough analyses
- Meet account sales targets
- Identify potential opportunities and risks
- Navigate complexities within assigned accounts
- Assist senior account managers in all facets of sales operations
- Comprehend customer needs and prioritize opportunities accordingly
- Implement the account strategy in alignment with product plans
- Provide precise forecasts and plans to relevant teams
- Ensure timely payment and shipment performance
- Gather and analyze customer and market intelligence data
- Assess current and future product needs of customers
- Deliver compelling value propositions and relay feedback to Product Line Management
- Coordinate technology exchanges and strategize product transitions
- Communicate product roadmaps and manufacturing strategies to clients
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Organize and lead internal teams for effective issue resolution
- Continuously seek opportunities to elevate customer satisfaction
A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in IT, Engineering, Material Science, or Business; a technical degree is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
5-8 years of experience in sales or customer management within the IT, Semiconductor, Hi-tech, or LCD sectors is preferred.
Experience managing substantial sales responsibilities.
Familiarity with working in an international corporate environment is a plus.
