Responsibilities
- Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with key clients to foster mutual growth and sustainability.
- Identify and analyze key market segments to develop a robust pipeline for new account opportunities.
- Formulate and maintain comprehensive annual and long-term business strategies for top key accounts.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading clients to ensure sustainable growth over a three-year period.
- Continuously monitor competitive landscape and gather market intelligence.
- Deliver compelling presentations to new key clients, showcasing our company culture, product value propositions, and tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging presentations for existing key clients, highlighting new product offerings and their benefits.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in animal nutrition, animal science, or related fields, complemented by a business management education in agriculture or animal husbandry.
- Over 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a minimum of 5 years in the animal nutrition and health sector, preferably with a leading company in the industry.
- Proven success in building and nurturing strong customer relationships, translating concepts into sustainable business outcomes.
- Strong ability to identify market trends and customer needs, converting them into actionable sales opportunities.
- Proficient in engaging with various levels within customer organizations, from senior management to operational teams.
- Adaptable and open-minded, capable of managing diverse tasks and shifting priorities as needed.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Self-driven and proactive, able to take initiative and follow through independently.
- Experience in organizing customer events, including international and domestic study tours, seminars, or innovation sessions.
- Willingness to travel extensively, over 60% of the time.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
