Job Title: Premier Relationship Director Shanghai HKP Sub-branch China

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Director in Shanghai HKP Sub-branch, China. As a key member of our Wealth and Personal Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions and advice to clients, leveraging HSBC's global wealth management capabilities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and economic developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four years proven and progressive financial services experience, with at least 2 years as a Relationship Manager.
  • Strong client focus and ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Expert knowledge of financial planning and wealth products.
  • Sound knowledge of macroeconomics, microeconomics, and local market developments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages.
Accreditations:
  • Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by country.
  • Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN.
Leadership Capabilities:
  • Have an understanding of the immediate regional Global Wealth strategy and the ability to plan own activities accordingly.
  • Be ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients.
