About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Agilent. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Agilent products to end-user customers, representing the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales activities, and generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and new product introductions to effectively promote and sell Agilent products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
  • Typically, at least 3+ years relevant experience.
