Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Certification Professional to lead and coordinate cybersecurity certification efforts in Region China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing certification consultancy, such as Multi-Level Protection Scheme, Domestic Cryptography Adoption Assessment, and other related services to our respective businesses. Your primary goal will be to drive projects from a cybersecurity point of view, supporting the resolution of technical challenges and removing potential obstacles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain awareness across Siemens Healthineers employees regarding their required cybersecurity certification and compliance obligations.

• Provide cybersecurity consultancy in accordance with certification requirements and national standards.

• Offer cybersecurity expertise, guidance, and remediation recommendations throughout the certification assessment process.

• Analyze return on investment and determine cost-effective technical solutions.

• Oversee cybersecurity certification projects from end-to-end, leading cybersecurity activities and events.

• Define clear responsibility matrices throughout the certification project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with system owners and development teams in project planning, gap analysis, mock audits, finding remediation, external evaluations, and filing procedures.

• In conjunction with key stakeholders, develop cybersecurity remediation roadmaps.

• Stay informed about changes in the external regulatory environment and relevant laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.

• Centralize the management and reporting of the cybersecurity certification and compliance posture of Region China.

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience and a track record in cybersecurity, demonstrating solid technical knowledge.

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity certification methodologies and processes, including Multi-Level Protection Scheme, Domestic Cryptography Adoption Assessment, and other related services.

• Familiarity with cyber-related regulatory requirements in China.

• Good understanding of the technical aspects of control sets, such as networking, operating systems, cloud, cryptography, and other relevant technologies.

• Proven project management capability, self-motivation, and ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain trust and healthy relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a large global organization with practical experience in a highly regulated environment.

• Cybersecurity management or audit qualifications such as CISSP / CISA.
