Your role

As a Business Line Manager, your mission is to lead and drive the sales and marketing activities of our organization. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for our VSC business line

You Will

  • Be responsible for the Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet of the business line in the region
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to build and reinforce target market share and profitability
  • Preparation and achievement of business line sales budget
  • Prioritize customers/sectors for sales focus in agreement with BU & CC GM
  • Handle major sales and negotiations for the business line in the region
  • Co-ordination of activities between business line sales & marketing and Service business line
  • As agreed with the BU Head worldwide coordination of any Global Accounts situated within the region
  • Ownership of the Share and penetration objectives and / or Territory Action Plans for the sector
  • Develop the sales channels, direct and indirect, in line with revenues and always consider the cost-efficiency targets of the business unit in the region.
  • Lead, develop and motivate an experienced team and support them in the region towards continuous success

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experiences in management of sales managers
  • Strong background in semi sector or experience in relevant market
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing for more than 10 years
  • High commercial and technical experience to command respect within VTBA and externally
  • Possession of business and financial acumen
  • Strategic and conceptual capability to lead and develop a regional business
  • Dynamic with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills
  • Intensive traveling activity
  • Excellent verbal and written English/Chinese required
