Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLLAbout the role:To assist in the comprehensive facilities management on the Client Account. Delivery of services in accordance with the Management Agreement Facilities SOW's, SLA and KPI's. Support the Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives and projects.What this job involves:Facilities OperationsAssist and monitor all Janitorial Service activities to ensure the site is in tip top conditionAssist and support other soft service activities on demandSeek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standardsImplement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assuranceAssist the Management Team with the coordination of related activities as required Vendor ManagementAssist in the management of contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standardsUnderstand the Service Level Agreement of Janitorial Services, and review it in needDaily inspection per requestDirect the vender to compliance the procedures, SOW and SLAHave a meeting with vender leader/manager monthlyReview the vender performance quarterlyPeriodical report to clientsRisk ManagementAssist in the implementation and management of a property risk management programFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures Customer Service / Client Relationships:Provide superior customer serviceEnsure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.Pro-actively manage clients expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.Reporting:Assist in the budgeting process as requiredProvide input as required into the ReportActive involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance IndicatorsLeadership / Staff Management:Actively supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the onsite teamSound like you?
