We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Chinese Restaurant to join our F&B team.

As a Service Manager - Chinese Restaurant, we rely on you to:

  • Coach and maximize the performance of the team.

  • Ensure every guest receives high quality service.

  • Always Ensure a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation.

  • Do monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, Chinese Restaurant profitability evaluation

做好月度预测,每周班表安排,以及中餐厅营收能力评估

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Equivalent work experience in luxury 5 star hotel, Black Pearl or Michelin restaurant experience is preferred

奢华五星级酒店同等岗位工作经历,有黑珍珠/米其林餐厅工作经验者优先;

  • Has a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoys interacting with people.

对餐饮工作富有热情,愿意与客人交流并建立和维护良好的宾客关系;

  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language so as to host global guests.

良好的中英文口语及书写能力,为全球客人提供良好的服务;

  • Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
