  • To manage & operate day to day MAC services at all Client sites across China, including small offices and BCP sites.
  • Implement MAC services in accordance with required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Quality Standards, according to Client standards and procedures.
  • Analysis of each MAC works request and advising the most effective plan for each case.
  • Cost estimation on move and project works
  • Collection and maintenance of people and space data in the Client system
  • Storage and maintenance of master files of current space data (CAD Library)
  • Allocations and space data entry and verification
  • Coordinate Security, IT, MAC team, vendors etc to ensure a successful move
  • Work closely with GTP to manage Desktop moves. Includes PC's, desk tops,  voice, faxes, printers
  • Manage all MAC construction/project related activities
  • Manage the process of end user communication & request management including post move support.
  • Handling user queries and complaints regarding MAC activities.
  • Communication with the regional MAC service manager to seek advice for local MAC activities.
  • Managing space data and reporting to the Client and the regional MAC manager on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Monitoring and correcting supplier performance as required.
  • Managing & Reporting on Supplier contracts.
