Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Financial Communications- Financial Communications & Investor Relations Firm ( SHANGHAI )

About the role

A leading global Investor Relations and Financial Communications Firm with offices, is currently seeking a talented Manager to join its team in BEIJING or SHANGHAI. With a renowned reputation with Hong Kong, US and overseas listings, the firm has a growing presence across APAC and can provide excellent career opportunities to work with large blue-chip firms across the region.

The ideal candidate should have experience within Financial Communications / Investor Relations and have established themselves as an expert across hot button issues such as, capital markets, ESG, and financial trends etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client development and new business initiatives for IR and Financial PR in global capital markets
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for some of the firm's largest clients in local and regional markets
  • Manage team leads on client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Advise clients on critical issues, brand reputation and challenging financial situations
  • Create innovative communication strategies and plans to drive client business growth

About the Candidate

  • University degree
  • Excellent Hong Kong financial media relations
  • Minimum years of experience in communications, financial markets, ideally with in a consulting setting
  • Experience working with clients in financial services, and corporate communications
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think and write creatively and strategically
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit
