长春香格里拉拥有参咖啡自助餐厅、香宫中餐厅、大堂酒廊、室外空中啤酒花园及设施齐全的健体中心。全新改造的大宴会厅配备先进的宴会及会议服务设施,是长春市极具规模的举办大型会议及宴会的场地之一。

我们正在寻找中餐行政总厨

作为中餐行政总厨, 我们期待您在工作中:

1.通过对顾客和员工提供高质量的服务来反映SHANGRI-LA的理念,养成精确的态度和最好的团队精神;

2.监督中厨房、宴会厨房员工的工作,控制所有设施及成本,增加餐饮部的利润;

3.负责所有中餐的准备、烹饪及装饰工作的监督 ,以达到最高的质量标准;

4.检查存货及成品及所有食品的准备情况;

5.清楚所有食品的配料、技巧、烹饪方法及设备等方面的知识;

6.研究当地餐饮市场,极积开创新菜。

岗位要求

1. 接受过专业厨师技能训练,同等星级酒店管理岗位工作经验3年或以上;

2. 有丰富的技术及行政管理经验;

3. 懂得成本核算,食物原料及食品营养知识;

4. 对各式菜系研发创新有独到见解;

5. 身体健康,积极向上,精力充沛。
