The RoleYour Impact
  • Audit all Expenses Report for APAC include sites of Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Review expense report backups to ensure the claim is in according to the company expense policy. Escalate any non-compliance issues to the Accounting Manager.
  • Export Audited Expenses Report for APAC site to Oracle and get ready for payment. Coordinate with US treasury team on the payment process and follow up.
  • Attend to Queries from APAC employee regarding Expense reimbursement.
  • Manage APAC A/P mail box. Perform the 3-way match and checking on PO, vendor invoice and receiving report,then data entry into Oracle AP Manager and get ready for payment.
  • Coordinate with US treasury team AND AP team on the payment process and follow up.
  • Assist Accounting Manager on filing system, manage Shanghai Finance store room, keep original receipts of SH& BJ offices, upload six sites payment vouchers to Oracle system.
  • Assist Accounting Manager during yearly audit.
What You'll Need
  • Good knowledge of PRC statutory accounting, tax, legal and customs regulations.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure environment
  • Working knowledge in ERP such as SAP, Oracle will be of advantage.
  • University graduate with accounting, finance or business related discipline.
  • A fast learner of accounting experience in a US or International company
