INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR Shenzhen, China Want to join an expanding company in one of the world's fastest-growing industries? And we need an Internal Communications Coordinator to provide direction for the international team in our Shenzhen, China, manufacturing center. GENLED Brands is comprised of two well-established brands: AgiLight, established in 2003, and Acolyte, which opened in 2009. In recent years, we have invested heavily in new equipment and facilities. Responsibilities

  • Create, coordinate and manage internal communications.
  • Help ensure all employees are aware of assignments and provide excellent communication to align employees with the organization's vision, goals and values.
  • Act as a liaison between multilingual teams, ensuring clear and consistent messaging within the organization.
  • Coordinate with multiple department heads to meet internal communication needs.
  • Collaborate across company, actively engaging and partnering with team members.
  • Communicate in a clear and constructive manner (verbally and in writing) to contribute to an engaged and efficient workplace.
  • Occasionally work after hours for meetings with team members in other time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (preferred major in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
