• Continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system.持续提高供应商质量保证体系
• Evaluate new supplier through CFT visits and identify opportunity for quality improvement/cost savings through risk analysis approach.

• Take the leadership to build CFT towards improve supplier performance.主导建立CFT团队来改进供应商的绩效
• Supplier performance monitoring and resolve chronic quality problem and /or negative trends identified through supplier rating system.

监控供应商绩效,解决疑难问题或通过供应商打分定义的下降趋势的项目做改进

• Monthly supplier performance data completion and send out to supplier for review and acknowledge. 完成每月的供应商绩效打分并发给供应商知道和评审"
• Based supplier performance review meeting (quarterly basis) to work out development plan. 根据供应商继续评审会议(每季)定义出改进计划
• Attend regular supplier quality meeting and annual process audit.参加正规的供应商质量会议和年度过程审核
• Supplier product audit供应商的产品审核。
• Supplier open issue follow up and verification (PDCA).供应商开口问题追踪和验证(PDCA)
• Orgnize supplier 8D presentation and track it to close.组织供应商做8D报告并追踪直到关闭
• Supplier quality (PPM) continuous improvement.供应商质量持续改进
• Iincoming inspection NOK product process and tracking来料检验不良品的处理与跟踪。
• Follow up with supplier for mass production quality issue until close. 跟踪供应商改善量产质量问题直至关闭。
• Supplier annualtest of raw material供应商原材料的年度测试。
• Supplier fight check飞行检查。
• Supplier training供应商培训。
• Adhere all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedure and employee handbook and the employee norms. 遵守公司现有的所有书面程序及员工手册及***所要求的政策和程序要求
• Perform other duties as required.执行其他需要的职责 要求: 1) Engineering background with bachelor or above 2) 5 years or above related experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred. 3) Strong knowledge of commodity product,coating, process and tooling, such as, molding and stamping 4) Working knowledge of quality tool (SPC,
