Job Descriptions:--safety direction

Responsible for the certification of consumer robotics products, including

• Conduct product risk assessment during the robot product design phase, determine applicable standards and regulations, and provide standard interpretation training services to ensure that the product meets the requirements of mechanical directives and regulations.
• Analyze the overall safety of robot products, identify potential risk points, including overall, construction, component, and electronic parts, and decompose target tasks to colleagues in relevant internal departments.(such as function safety, electrical parts, components).
• Based on product design documents and risk analysis reports, issue test cases covering all key safety assessment parameters in accordance with directive and standards.
• Train testing engineers in laboratory to conduct product testing based on the requirements of test cases, and evaluate whether the product meets the requirements based on the test results.
• Based on test data, analyze in detail the root causes of security risks and assist clients in design improvements.
• Integrated relevant report ( such as function safety report, components report, and completed appliance's safety report) and issue the finial completed report, and ensure the project is completed on time and to quality standards.
• Actively expand business in the consumer robotics sector.

Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields, with a master's degree preferred.
• Proficient in hardware fundamentals, analog electronics, digital circuit analysis and design, familiar with microcontrollers, and knowledgeable about common hardware failure modes, diagnostic techniques, and redundancy design.
• Be proficient in key robotics technologies such as motion control, SLAM, navigation, obstacle avoidance, and human-robot interaction, and capable of analyzing their safety implications.
• Experience in consumer product certification is a plus. Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry, particularly in robotics-related products, is preferred
• Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.

• 整体项目协调,整合相关报告(例如功能安全报告,部件报告,整机安规报告),出具最终完整报告,保证按时按质完成项目。
• 积极拓展消费类机器人领域的业务。

背景要求:

• 本科以上学历,电子工程,自动化,计算机科学等相关专业,硕士优先。
• 扎实的硬件基础,熟悉模拟电子,数字电路分析及设计, 熟悉单片机,了解常见的硬件故障模式,诊断技术和冗余设计。
• 熟悉机器人关键技术,如运动控制、SLAM、导航、避障、人机交互等,并能分析其安全相关性。
• 消费类产品认证测试优先。消费类电子行业,尤其是机器人类产品工作经验优先
• 英语听说读写流利。
