角色描述:

• The role requires a proactive, competent and highly professional candidate. Will be able to create good working relationships with a range of personalities.

• To provide general engineering and administrative support to the project team.

为项目团队提供一般工程技术和行政支持

• The role will also require the individual to work closely with the Support Team to provide general secretarial and administrative support to the overall business.

与支持团队紧密合作,为整体业务提供秘书和行政支持

角色责任:

• Organize team travel arrangements

组织团队差旅行程安排

• Preparation of agenda / papers for circulation at meetings / minutes / reports

安排会议议程,并记录会议纪要或报告

• Ensure all Marketing and Sales material issued is of high standard

确保所有提供的招投标及营销都符合高标准

• Support team in ensuring that all compliance processes are followed (e.g.: SDMP, SDR, Agresso etc.)

支持团队,确保所有管理流程的执行(例如:SDMP、SDR、Agresso等)

• Compiling reports and presentations for the team

为团队编写及准备报告和演示文稿

• Responsible for ensuring all documents issued to clients (reports, emails, memos, letters proposals) are of high quality (check spelling, layout, presentation, formatting etc.), standardised where possible and meet the Arcadis' s brand standards' (Arcadis colours, font, formatting, logos etc.)

• Fully understand and own the Arcadis formatting brand standards for all output issued externally

• Support team in delivering excellent service

• Other duties as per instruction.

• Be able to manage and coordinate one or two disciplines works.

资格和经验:

• University degree or above

本科及以上学历

• 2~3 years of related working experience

2~3年相关工作经验

• Good English and Mandarin, fluent spoken English is preferred

良好的英语和普通话,英语口语流利者优先

• Very familiar with Microsoft Office applications

熟练操作微软办公软件

• Well organized and able to multi-task, possess extreme attention to details

处事有条理,且能同时处理多个事件并非常关注细节
