Key Job Responsibility:

l  Responsible for Ecommerce channel business planning and implementation, this includes, but is not limited to, driving target traffic and overseeing optimization of Ecommerce shopping experience to increase conversion rate. Co-work with cross team to manage and collaborate with partner and deliver the business result.

l  Set up the clear monthly, quarterly business building block KPI, monitor GMV achievement and drive course-correction plan.

l  Communicate with partner, platform & agency on routine basis in terms of daily operation, sales & marketing plan and execution of activities and campaigns.

l  Closely monitor partner and agency's daily operation to make sure both business target and brand equity are well delivered.

l  Investment management and continuous tracking of spend, ROI and goal achievements for agreed projects, make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.

l  Build JBP partnership relationships with Ecommerce platforms for better business solutions and more efficient investments as playing as the 1st tier core brand.

l  Development and delivery of all relevant appealing channel selling-story and communication touch-points for Ecommerce channel execution.

l  Monitor category trends and competitor activities and drive insight, plan and related capabilities that lead to the competitive growth on Ecommerce platforms.

l  Lead Ecommerce sell-out, GMV data integration and analysis to facilitate team efficient business discussion and decision.

l  All the other Ecommerce channel trade marketing related work assigned by line manager.

Qualifications and skills:

l  3+ years OTC Ecommerce or FMCG Ecommerce trade marketing experience

l  Understanding of Ecommerce channel landscape, driving planning to implementation.

l  Experience in good management and communication with Key Ecommerce accounts.

l  Organized and ability to manage multiple priorities.

l  Good in data analysis and business insight & opportunities development.

l  Good command of spoken and written English.

l  Good communication and relationship building across internal and external stakeholders.

l  Attention to details, good at numbers, resilient and patience.
