We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of UX Designer.

Business: HASE Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Participate in user research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to uncover user needs and pain points, providing strong support for design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and development engineers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and drive their accurate implementation.
  • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure product consistency and design efficiency.
  • Organise and participate in usability testing, gather user feedback, and iteratively refine design solutions based on findings.
  • Clearly articulate and present your design concepts and rationale to the team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' commercial experience in a UX/UI design role. A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and thought process is required.
  • Proficiency in mainstream design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, with proven ability to manage the end-to-end design process.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a strong sense of typography, colour, and motion.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
  • A keen interest in the latest design trends and technologies, with a passion for learning and exploration.
