What You Will Be Doing
Your activity domain will exist of:

• Lead and execute small (weeks) and medium (months) sized projects, actively participating in all phases. Defines and documents project management materials: project definitions, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
• Report to a Project Steering Committee, manage the customer relationship, at project level and with senior level when required
• Manage the SharePoint roadmap of a business unit. Coordinates and plans activities to manage a pipeline of business requests and changes from definition to realization. Manage the economics of this pipeline against the overall roadmap (operational plan) of the BU.
• Analyse business processes, establish requirements for implementation of changes in the business process, re-think to fit on standard platforms exploiting well known building blocks and best practices
• Promote and ensure standard tools, design patterns and best practices are applied in the business community
• participate in specific business adoption and related change handling
• keep up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and the use cases applied

The technologies involved in the first years will involve the broad Microsoft

Technology Stack

• M365 collaboration solutions & services, in particular SharePoint and the Power platform, Power-Apps and Power-Automate
• In support of application development: Azure DevOps, Database options like SQL and Dataverse

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a bachelor applied IT or master in information technology or computer science
• You are passionate about Digital technologies and keep up to date with the newest evolutions
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Office365, SharePoint, Power Platform. Knowledge of Azure PaaS platform or an object-oriented programming language is an asset
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• You are fluent in English
• You are willing to travel occasionally abroad
• You can establish credibility with senior stakeholders
• Your good people skills allow you to work efficiently in team
• You have a mature, assertive, and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills
