Technical Service Manager, Pet Food

To manage the technical service of a business to achieve Customer Service Level objectives as agreed in Sales and Account Plans (within the approved CSL's).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical service planning and execution aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Support product trials and validations at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve technical complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and share insights to improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Marketing) to ensure seamless technical support.
• Maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors to stay ahead of process innovations.

We Bring

• Master's degree in Pet Food, Food Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience in the pet food industry.
• Strong knowledge of product processing and application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative spirit and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
