部门使命/Department Mission:

Our goal is to deliver market-competitive and customer-satisfactory products by focusing on product design, launch, lifecycle improvement, and prioritization decisions. This role defines all customer-relevant requirements, develops user stories and technical specifications, and ensures the implementation of these requirements to offer a competitive market presence. A key focus is to drive market and customer requirements within the engineering team and collaborate with internal partners to ensure a holistic customer experience in car body, infotainment and connectivity domains.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:


• End-to-End Product Planning and Design: Lead product planning for user customization functions, aligning with overall business strategies. Design product functions, processes, and interaction prototypes to ensure an optimal user experience.


• Function Development and Integration: Oversee the development of smart scene functions and user customization services, ensuring seamless integration with the product architecture. Continuously optimize products through data analysis and user feedback.


• Define scenario-based requirements, and design functions starting from user scenarios. Decompose vehicle control capabilities into API services (such as seats, sound, lights). 


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery and functional implementation. Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.


• Competitor Analysis and Product Enhancement: Conduct market research, including the adoption of new technologies from both software and hardware perspectives, to enhance market competitiveness. Lead and evaluate innovative ideas, providing technical guidance until market introduction.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:


• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.


• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of product management experience, preferably in the electric vehicle industry. Be familiar with technologies related to infotainment systems, vehicle control, App & Backend services process. Have experience in API - based design and be able to quickly respond to market changes and drive product iteration.


• Technical Skills: Experience in business process analysis and interaction design. Technical expertise in automotive systems and function integration, with knowledge of CAN bus, LIN bus, and other automotive communication protocols. Familiar with the API-based vehicle control, decomposing vehicle control capabilities into APIs. 


• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong stakeholder management abilities, effective coordination of resources, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
