Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Export Product Expert to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for our automotive exports business, focusing on key overseas markets (e.g., Southeast Asia). The role requires deep expertise in automotive product development, market localization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our vehicles, parts, and related services meet local regulatory standards, customer needs, and competitive demands. You will act as the bridge between internal teams (R&D, sales) and overseas partners, driving product success in global markets

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

1.    Product Requirement Management

Manage product requirements for SOP and (D)LCM projects, ensuring clear definition and communication. Collaborate with cross - functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

2.    Global Product Strategy & Planning

Global Product Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute product strategies for target export markets, aligning with company revenue goals and market trends (e.g., electrification, smart mobility, sustainability).

Define product roadmaps for exports, prioritizing initiatives such as new model launches, feature upgrades, or cost optimization.

3.    Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the main contact for stakeholder communication with VW brand and joint ventures, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates.

4.    Localization & Regulatory Compliance

Lead product localization efforts, including adapting vehicle specifications (e.g., emission standards, safety regulations, right-hand/left-hand drive), packaging, and user manuals to meet local requirements (e.g., EU's CE marking, ASEAN NCAP).

Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams and local certification bodies to ensure timely approval of products for overseas markets.

Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams to resolve localization-related technical issues (e.g., climate adaptation for extreme temperatures, road condition compatibility).

5.    Function List Coordination

-      Coordinate the function list, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with product requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Analysis or Product Management.Knowledge: Strong understanding of OEM export projectSkills: Flexible, mobile, dedicated, and highly analytical. Strong communication skills in diverse environments. Results - driven mindset.Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).
