Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Strategic procurement for Centre of Competence Procurement Back End. Key KPIs includes cost reduction rate, supplier quality and delivery performance and payment terms. This role is dedicated for Packing Material and Wire category under backend production material. The category manager is tasked to develop & drive implementation of category and supplier strategy for backend material categories with estimated yearly spend of EUR 70m or more depending on the demand trend.
• Support to develop and implement commodity and supplier strategy. Establish commodity and supplier strategy with alignment from operations. Drive implementation together with relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
• Cost analysis, cost modelling and benchmarking of managed commodity. Develop good understanding of commodity cost model to enable comprehensive value analysis and comparison amongst suppliers' offerings.
• Analysis of supply market and develop market intelligence. Consistent survey of market status and provide recommendation to management to take relevant actions according to market trends.
• Supplier management and development. Ensuring proper implementation of supplier management process including phase in/out, evaluation,consequence and relationship management with site procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement of cost, quality and delivery of supplier in alignment with stakeholders at operation and development.
• Supply crisis and recovery management. Drive management of supply crisis and recovery management when required with site Procurement.
• Tracking of KPI performance and develop actions to drive target achievement. Maintain monthly tracking of commodity KPI performance and identify key actions together with stakeholders and site Procurement
• Responsible for Cross-site Concept Savings projects execution and follow through
• Analysis of Equipment and Material cost structure (should cost, best can do, value analysis, Linear Performance Pricing) / database for costbreak down
• Transfer of supplier know how into R&D, Synergize IFX R&D Roadmaps with supplier Roadmaps – Early Supplier Involvement

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Candidate with a bachelor degree qualification with at least 5 years ofworking experience in strategic procurement role in any high-tech industry or others with 8 years experience in semiconductor industry.
• Candidate should possess strong strategic and analytical mindset with good communication skill to build wide business network internally and externally independently in driving success of category and supplier strategy.
