  • Lead commercial negotiations with new clients , design customized product solutions, and finalize contract terms (SOP, payment terms, logistics KPI).
  • Oversee end-to-end order execution (pickup, warehousing, shipment, and delivery), coordinate internal/external resources to ensure on-time delivery, and resolve exceptions.
  • Monitor full-cycle fulfillment (technical integration, financial reconciliation, incident handling), address client requests, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop business expansion strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and drive new projects from planning to execution with cross-department coordination. 关键职责: 1. 主导新客户的商务谈判,设计定制化产品方案,完成合约条款(SOP、账期、物流KPI)磋商与签署。 2. 统筹客户订单全流程执行(揽收、出库、发运至妥投),协调内外部资源确保交付时效,跟踪闭环并处理异常问题。 3. 监控履约全链路(技术对接、财务对账、事故处理),响应客户需求,定期复盘优化服务流程,提升满意度。 4. 策划增量业务方案,挖掘客户二次合作机会;推动新项目从需求排期到落地执行,协调跨部门资源并监督进度。 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years in B2B key account management with demonstrated success in cross-border e-commerce or brand clients.
  • Proficient in commercial negotiation, contract management, and cross-border logistics operations (pickup, customs clearance, warehousing, delivery).
  • Experience in cross-border logistics projects (e.g., specialized parcel delivery) and high-value account management .
  • Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and skilled in cross-department collaboration and multitasking. 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上B端大客户商务经验,需有跨境电商或品牌客户合作成功案例。 2. 精通商务谈判与合同管理,熟悉跨境物流全链路(揽收、清关、仓储、配送)及订单交付管控。 3. 有跨境物流项目经验(如专线小包),具备高客单价订单管理能力。 4. 结果导向,抗压能力强,擅长跨部门协作与多任务处理。
