Main Responsibilities:- Distributor Sustainable Development Strategies and Programs
- Distributor Life-Cycle Management
- Distributor Contract Management
- Distributor Daily Operation Management and Capability Development
- Team Management
- Build effective and sustainable Ferrero distributor management solutions (including policies, guidelines and procedures)
- Ensure smooth and compliant sales operations on daily distributor management
- Minimum 5 years of sales operation background in FMCG industry
- Familiar with distributor management & project management with compliance mindset
- Process management experience and analytical thinking as a must
- Have a vision on "full picture", capacity to influence others for alignment
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, detail-focused & result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office, especially with Word & Excel
- Fluid communication in both English and Mandarin
- Formal/legal documentation writing capability and basic financial know-how as a plus
