  • Equipment emergency repair, maintenance and manangement, fulfill policies on equipment management and preventive maintenance and ensure equipment in good condition, reduce equipment accidents and repair costs;

设备故障维修、紧急抢修以及维护管理,认真贯彻执行有关设备管理和预防性维修工作的方针,确保设备完好率达标并降低设备事故频率和修理成本;

  • Analyze equipment failures, implement equipment modification and improve equipment performance (such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE...); 设备故障统计分析,持续改进并提高设备稳定性(如MTTR,MTBF,OEE);
  • Responsible for the application and procurement of equipment components and spare parts and ensure normal operation of the production line; 负责关键备件采购申请工作,确保产线正常运行;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and industrial standard; 保持最新的技术和行业标准知识;
  • Prepare and implement PM of equipment (yearly and monthly), and planned large & medium repair and improvement project; 负责编制及实施关键设备的保养计划(年度和月度),以及计划性的大、中型维修和改善项目;
  • Support in providing skill training for maintenance technicians;

协助维修技术员的技能培训; Requirements: 任职要求:

  • College degree or above;

大专及以上学历 ;

  • 5 years or above of relevant maintenance experience; 5年及以上相关维修经验;
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance; 优秀的维修知识;
  • Proficient in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic fault maintenance and management;

精通机械、气动、液压故障维修与管理;

  • Familiar with cold heading machine and thread rolling machine is preferred; 熟悉冷镦机、搓丝机设备优先;
  • Good at performing teamwork with independent working ability; 善于团队合作,同时具有独立工作能力;
  • Structured working style, flexible, open-minded and interested in different cultures; 工作风格结构化,灵活,思想开放,对不同文化感兴趣;
  • Good English and Chinese skills. 良好的中英文能力。
