Associate / Senior Consultant - Tax Technology Consulting - Shenzhen

Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting Services provide technology-embedded based tax digital transformation services. TTC assists in elevating clients' tax management capabilities, reducing tax risks, improving efficiency and transforming the value of tax function in the business eco-system. Our services include tax digitalization transformation planning and strategy, tax management system development and implementation, R&D of Deloitte RPA, tax cloud services, and the design of comprehensive solutions (such as tax administration, organization and process design, tax risk assessment, and tax risk control system engineering) that help clients accomplish digital transformation for their tax needs.

• Provides initial recommendations of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function to Manager level practitioners 
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client 
• Selects appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develops informed recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategy 
• Articulates how technology enables the business and communicates this effectively to clients while ensuring appropriate technologies and methodologies are used on projects 
• Starts processes and identifies sustainable planning opportunities to help clients mitigate risk, meet compliance obligations and statutory deadlines, and realize business goals 
• Strategically drives the development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans to enhance the client's ability to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate risks 
• Assists in identifying and implementing strategies/mechanisms to enable automation and continuous quality improvement 
• Defines, gathers, and begins to interpret tax data related to business intelligence and performance, implementation and support of applications, infrastructure and technologies, to gather and forecast future trends

• 本科及以上学历,财经、税务、管理信息化相关专业优先;
• 3年以上管理咨询和业务分析工作经验,四大工作经验优先;
• 具有软件需求分析经验或者企业财务系统实施相关经验优先;
• 对财税领域和软件信息化领域有爱好,有较强的逻辑分析能力;
• 良好的沟通和团队合作精神,良好语言表达能力和文字功底;
• 积极的工作态度及奉献精神,愿意接受弹性工作时间安排;
• 熟练使用PPT、Axure、Visio、EXCEL、word等表达工具;
• 熟悉SAP 和Oracle等相关ERP系统,特别是其涉税模块者优先;
• 愿意接受出差;
• 英语听说读写流利。
