该职位来源于猎聘 JOB SUMMARY: This role focuses on handling all tax matters for the Shenzhen company, ensuring tax compliance, optimizing tax costs, and managing tax risks effectively. This position is a key role in the company's financial operations, requiring a high degree of professionalism, meticulousness, and proactiveness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the company's comprehensive tax submission work, including but not limited to the accurate and timely declaration and payment of various taxes such as VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Stamp Duty.
  • Handle import and export tax matters related to the company's business, such as customs duties, import VAT accounting, declaration, and tax refund processes.
  • Keep abreast of and interpret the latest national and local tax laws, regulations, and policies, assess their potential impact on the company, and provide recommendations.
  • Manage daily communication and coordination with tax authorities and be responsible for receiving tax audits and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Conduct regular tax self-inspections to ensure compliance of accounting treatments and effectively control the company's tax risks.
  • Prepare tax-related budgets, forecasts, and analysis reports to provide valuable tax insights and decision-making support to management.
  • Assist in completing the tax-related components of the annual audit.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct report. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Being an Associate member of CPA or a tax qualification is preferable.
  • Minimum 3+ years of tax accounting experience, which must include practical experience in import and export taxation.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry is an advantage.
  • Have experience in handling the full spectrum of tax work independently.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellence in Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, functions).
  • Hands-on, meticulous, positive and proactive.
  • Experience in ERP, Kingdee Cloud is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external authorities.
  • Able to translate tax data and complex regulatory information into meaningful business insights.
  • Able to work independently under multi-tasking high pressure environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze and streamline tax and financial processes for improved efficiency and risk control.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity and Trustworthiness. Face difficulties with a positive and optimistic attitude and proactively seek solutions.
  • Continuous learning and compliance awareness, approach each task with diligence and responsibility, actively assist with team tasks and willingly take on challenges.
