岗位职责:

  • 在公司政策和程序指引下向客户提供及时准确的专业支持,建立合作伙伴关系。
  • 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访,实现工作目标。
  • 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种学术会议或活动。
  • 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式,收集市场和客户反馈的信息,进行分析,反馈和建议。
  • 与上级经理,同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络,发现和促进各种合作机会。
  • 在上级经理的辅导下,把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。
  • 执行公司推行的各项新举措,在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。

完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。

岗位要求:

  • 教育:
  • 大学专科及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先。
  • 技能:
  • 熟练使用MS Office,英语良好。
  • 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
  • 具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。
  • 善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。
  • 经验:
  • 医药行业相关工作经验优先。
  • 诚信:
  • 能够严格管理自己的行为,确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律,包括但不限于 FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
