HSA Quality Manager

We are part of the RHO (Recording Head Organization) embedded in the Global Quality Organization, which responds to overall quality monitoring of Seagate product shipping to customers. The big organization has an E2E product quality monitoring from upstream to downstream (Incoming Material through Field Customers).
About the role - you will:You will be in charge of HSA Quality covering the overall Head quality metrics including seeking for room of improvement at CTQ, KPIV/KPOV, Qualification, Assembly / Test / Process Control starting from Material Incoming through Finish good Inventory.
• Your job as a manager who is in charge of Head Quality's success can be divided into 4 main parts
• The first one is people and team development to ensure the proper growth and direction of both people in team and quality system control to align with global quality strategy.
• the second one is to carefully monitor the Head quality with deep-dive E2E analysis skill to capture the abnormality in any processes to ensure that we can deliver the good quality products to customers. 8D concepts will be applied to solve complex issues and get solid permanent actions.
• The third one is engagement and team collaboration engagement from upstream to downstream, from Suppliers through End Customers. Be able to absorb new technology and technical skills and drive for improvement for both process / and product wise.
• The fourth one is initiative projects driven by AI/ML and Prescriptive Approach concept. Continuous Improvement is the key focus of our department. We need to beat yesterday.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership capability to lead Head Quality Team to the next level of people talent, process control and change management.
• Ability to work under pressure where your working result impact to product outgoing quality to customer
• Highly motivated, passionate, organized, observant and self-disciplined individually
• Be adaptable to working in a team or as an individual contributor

• Bachelor's / Master's degree / Ph.D. in Engineering and/or equivalent
• Good track record of People Management
• Strong achievement on Initiative Projects and Project Management
• Good track record of Deep Dive Data Analysis Skill
• working experience in factory field or related experience
• Strong background of Recording Head and Drive both Process and Product Performance
• Good background in Quality System Management
