  • Lead the Finance Teams in South and North China, reporting to Regional Financial Controller in Hong Kong
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the preparation of group/local statutory financial reports
  • Maintain and review financial policies and procedures and ensure alignment and compliance within the Group
  • Oversee the preparation of Group Budgets and Forecasts
  • Lead Finance Team to improve system and business processes, establishing Best Practices
  • Manage the internal and external audit processes
  • Provide support for costing functions
  • Participate and help implement senior management discussions on current/ future plans of the businesses in China
  • Support the business functions on investment/finance related matters
  • Integrate current local accounting software to Far East ERP system
  • Any other adhoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of China Accounting Standards and Procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate team
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems with senior management
  • Able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Relevant working experiences with a manufacturing MNC will be an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis
  • Bachelors or Masters qualifications Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent
  • CPA or its equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
  • Good business communication skills in English, Chinese and Cantonese
  • Acceptance of travelling
