Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionPrinciple Roles & Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesAct as PPoC to CE-OncologyTake lead the identification of business pain points, root cause, and lead to take business action, via strong business insight based on analysisCoordinate bi-annual FFE business planning (including HC, Territory and objective setting) across all TA's both of CE-Oncology and CE-OMNIProactively work together with Commercial Excellence internal team, including incentive team, business data domain team, to ensure successful implementation of business initiativesWork closely with Finance partner, HR partner to manage HC and resourceIntegrate internal and external stakeholders to build end-to-end business solutionsExplore business opportunities and business models to sustain growthDrive business initiatives via strong interpersonal skills as well as hard skills, with sense of ownershipCoach team members to accommodate business requests with high efficiency and effectivenessHealthcare experience is mandatory, strong analysis and presentation skills are mandatory, MBA and consulting background is preferredEducation/QualificationsQualification and ExperienceBachelor degree is mandatory, and MBA or consulting experience is highly preferredLeadership CompetenciesOpen-minded, optimistic and think in a win-win wayHappy to collaborate with other team members and cross-functional colleaguesJob Required CompetenciesMore than 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience or >3 years management/strategy consulting backgroundStrong business analytical and interpretation skillsGood at communication and manage complicated casesEnglish verbal & written skills are preferredWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
