Senior TA Manager, Internal Mobility

Key Responsibilities:

This role will act as a strategic execution role to design methodology, practical toolkit to ensure a robust

internal pipeline for critical roles and foster an environment where leaders are inspired to grow talent

within.

• Lead the senior hirings and internal moves reinforcing organizational values, diverse perspectives and future ready skills

• Design and execute the organization's approach to executive and critical-role recruitment through deep partnership with business leaders and HRBPs. Embed a talent culture across functions by influencing how leaders think about potential, performance, and mobility.

• Develop in-depth understanding about business context/strategy & team dynamics and continuously engage hiring manager along the way to drive desired ways of working and behavior
• Surface and influence with external insights infusion to HRBP and hiring manager for organization and job design

• Analysing and diagnosing available performance metrics and providing suitable interventions to continue to maintain a high level of TA delivery in market

• Design and execute the practical methodology and toolkit to facilitate the internal talents moves success from adoptions to landing:

• Driving succession planning and leadership development with visibility into key roles and piplines

• Steering talent acquisition daily executions towards emerging capability gaps, market trends, and culture fit

• Act as key advisor and influencer to the business and business partner on where and how to unlock internal successor readiness, or cultivate the internal talent pool of critical roles

• Provide the insights of internal succession key gaps, co-work with learning team to accelerate the key internal successors readiness

• Translate the insights and key gaps from internal talent marketplace into impactful learning solutions that build critical skills, nourish internal talent marketplace bandwidth.

• Leverage performance and talent review cycles to build and iterate internal talent pool, and facilitate cross-domain talent exchanges.
• Using performance data to inform talent decisions and strengthen leadership accountability for people development

Role Specifications:

Academic/ Professional Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline

Work Experience

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in strategic and operational Talent Acquisition; Talent Management; Business Partner within multi-national and highly matrix environment

Required Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Strong relationship builder and collaborative team player
• Keen interest in challenging status quo and exploring new ways of doing things through data, processes and technology
• Advanced skills in tools supporting work of this role, including the Microsoft suite and in particular Excel and Powerpoint
