Job scopes

  • Provide administrative support and handle administration tasks to inbound and outbound call teams
  • Assist with basic manual procedures and data entry tasks
  • Help compile customer request reports under supervisor guidance
  • Maintain orderly records and documentation
  • Learn and apply operational processes through on-the-job training
  • Work with Team head to consolidate leave requests from different teams

Job requirements

  • Diploma or above 
  • 1-2 year or above experience in operation support 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus
  • Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
