About the Team
You'll join a high-performing local team in Shanghai delivering top-tier marketing services for one of our largest global clients. Working closely with shopper strategy, performance, promotional materials specialists, and digital suppliers, you will ensure seamless execution of premiums, gifting, print, and POSM campaigns.
The team delivers "Procurement as a Service" – providing transparency, quality, and efficiency across every marketing investment.
Purpose of the Role
You will manage the day-to-day execution of client campaigns, acting as the central point of contact to keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. With a calm, collaborative style, you'll coordinate briefs, timelines, suppliers, and logistics while building trusted relationships with client and internal teams.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role perfect for an organised communicator who loves delivering smooth, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of shopper marketing campaigns from planning to implementation
- Act as daily point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and distribution partners
- Escalate and resolve issues quickly
- Help prepare client presentations, reports, and reviews
- Ensure full compliance with brand, budget, and process guidelines
- Spot and suggest workflow improvements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
- 3–5 years in shopper/retail marketing, client services, or agency procurement/delivery
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and clear communication
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks under pressure
- Commercially aware with accurate budget handling
- Solid understanding of premiums, gifting, procurement, and logistics
- Experience with digital premiums (coupons/vouchers) or cross-border procurement is a plus

- Based full-time in the client's Shanghai office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (essential for briefs, orders, and reporting)
