As a key leaders at QUALCOMM China, you will shape the future of Automotive technology, leveraging our cutting-edge chipsets, software, and systems to transform user experiences. Your strategic insights, technical acumen, and leadership will drive our success in this dynamic field.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with executive team members to define our Automotive vision and mission. Align Automotive strategies with our overall business objectives.Undersrand the customers's and partners' business, stratefies and partners' business, and facilitating business deals ensuring alignment with Qualcomm's business objectives and requirementsLead a talented Automotive team . Foster innovation, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.Conversant of Automotive trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards. Drive innovation by integrating our package of chipset, and system solution as the underlying Automotive technology, and evolve our software developer SDK/HDK solutions to as many app developers as possible.Identify strategic opportunities for Automotive applications across multiple vertical markets. Cultivate partnerships with OEMs, developers, and content creators.Have in-depth expertise and rubuest experience in building business cases for previously unidentified business opportunities and influencinhg strategic business partners to define and deploy technology-base solutoinsOwn the overall customers, incuding developing and managing relationships across the technical and commerial groups.Oversee Automotive budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-effective execution of all products.Manage and negotiate complex long-term commercial agreements with major global companies.Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Make data-driven decisions to position our Automotive offerings effectively.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field of study15+ years of demonstrated success in Buinseness Development, Sales, Product Management or related work experience.Customer engagement at automakers and Tier-1's at executive and leavership levelTen (10) years of leadership experiencePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA or a related field of studyTwenty (20) or more years of related work experience, industry, eco-system, customer, and competitive knowledgeTen (10) or more years of leadership experience including people managementTen (10) or more years working in a global technology organizationDeep understanding of Automotive developer, applications and services ecosystem, managing platform level software roadmap with SDK/HDKs releases for the developer community.Understanding of open source software development and the open source community.Strong communication and influencing skillsSoC architecture knowledgePress and analyst event experienceIn addition to experience, the successful candidate will have demonstrated competencies in the following areas:Strategic Execution:Ensures execution plan drives key strategic priorities and company goals; has significant impact on the direction of a large number of critical projects.
