This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver high-quality designs that align with JLL's standards of excellence in the built environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Design Leadership & StrategyOversee the conceptualization, development, and delivery of interior design schemes for office, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct client consultations to understand brand objectives, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences.2. Project ManagementLead cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.Prepare and present design proposals, material selections, and cost estimates to stakeholders.Monitor compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL), and JLL's ESG goals.3.Client & Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their vision into actionable design solutions.Coordinate with procurement teams to source furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E) that balance aesthetics and cost.Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design intent effectively.4. Quality Control & InnovationEnsure adherence to JLL's design standards and best practices across all projects.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and digital tools (e.g., BIM, 3D modeling) to enhance design efficiency.Drive innovation by integrating smart technologies and sustainable design principles.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.8–10 years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability certifications.Certifications (Preferred): LEED AP, WELL AP, or NCIDQ certification.Location: –Shanghai, ChinaIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
