We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   What this job involves:Create concept with strong design story.Present with great enthusiasm and passion.Ability to navigate through design challenges.Work on design deliverables to meet project requirements, budget and deadline.Manage and execute the design and documentation process.Communicate conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.Ability to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intent.Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment.Day-to-day project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlinesWork with client representatives, consultants, contractors, vendors to meet overall project objectives.Coordinate with the consultants, project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction.Propose colour schemes and design ideas.Undertake site, furniture and equipment surveys.Coordination with consultants, contractors and vendors during constructionInterested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skills10 years of experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace interiors.Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design.Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D computer design programs e.g. Enscape.
