Brief description of the position:

The Agile Expert is a Lean-Agile leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating and guiding the work of all ARTs in the Solution Train. This position will need to work closely with the business units to ensure the HUBDE strategy and roadmap is implemented in the solution and product.

Key Tasks:

  • Develops and updates vision and roadmap of Solution Train with solution train leaders.
  • Ensure HUB-D solution information alignment with all key stakeholder at portfolio and planning level.
  • Prepare HUB-D solution PI planning. Facilitate solution backlog preparation, communicate with key stakeholder, and guide capacity assessment.
  • Conduct HUB-D solution PI planning. Ensure visibility and effective interaction across ARTs and ensure the planning matching the goal. 
  • Coordinate HUB-D solution delivery. Facilitate cross ARTs demo and solution release. Ensure the solution team delivery according to plan timing and scope.
  • Measures the flow of solution epics and capabilities and facilitate solution team constantly improvement.
  • Plan and control the source usage of the solution train.
  • Lead and guide less experienced Software Developers.

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, Computer science, Electronic, or similar subject.
  • More than 8 years working experience, and 3 years experiences for automotive R&D related work. working within a transforming and fast-evolving environment. 
  • More 2 years team leading or large project.
  • Familiar with automotive software development process and delivery.
  • Familiar and experienced of Large scale Agile development process (such as SAFe) and ASPICE.
  • Familiar with automotive R&D tool chains. E.g. Jira, Confluence, Codebeamer, CI/CD tools, test management tools.
  • The candidate should have strong communication, cooperation and coordination skills.
  • The candidate should have strong documentation skills.
  • The candidate should be excellence in English. German speaking is a plus.
