ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS AGENT

Job Description:

1.Carries out any and all kinds of processes for appointment, transferand promotion of the personnel.

2. Checks the activities performed at the affiliated units/division inrelation to the personnel.

3. Monitors the activities regarding recently employed or leftpersonnel, under the responsibility of the unit/division.

4. Carries out the activities in relation to personal and social rightsof the personnel at her/his unit/division, during the course of the period oftheir service.

5. Ensures that the personnel receives passes, clothing and such othersocial rights timely.

6.Carries out activities such as writing, typing, recording, filing,reproduction, sending, distribution and archiving of all incoming and outgoingdocuments.

7. Acts in accordance with all documents, covering the process wheres/he serves, and assigning responsibility to her/him. Carries out any and allactivities, performed by her/him, in accordance with the regulations prescribedin the documents. Retains any necessary records in full.

8. Contributes to achievement of all targets of the process, where s/heserves, by acting in accordance with policies of the Company.

9. Informs promptly the units/divisions defined in the relevantdocuments, about any accidents or any potential cases, which may lead to anaccident, any such threats and hazards, customer complaints, which s/he hasdetected, witnessed or suffered, by making use of means of communication of theCompany.

10. Attends the trainings, organized as per national and internationallaws and civil aviation regulations, and assigned to her/him.

11. Takes roles for carrying out corrective and preventive actions forthe process, she/he is involved in; and implements any changes/amendments.

12. If s/he is assigned within the knowledge and approval of her/hisimmediate superior, s/he contacts theinstitutions/authorities/producers/service providers outside the Company, andgives information to her/his immediate superior.

13. Carries out and fulfills the other works to be assigned by her/hisimmediate supervisor in relation to her/his primary duty.

Desired Skills & Experience

·       Master/Bachelordegree or at least high school graduation

· Permanentresidence permit in the respective country (The Company will not provide orassist with work permits)

·       The ability tocope with situations that create pressure

·       Good command ofEnglish and local language(s)

·       Availability towork in shifts, including overnight

·       Being a teamplayer along with having the capability to work independently when necessary

·       Ability tohandle multiple tasks simultaneously

·       Strong oral andwritten communication skills

·       Sense ofresponsibility

·       Ability to makedecisions accurately and effectively
