We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Guest Floor to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Service Associate - Guest Floor, we rely on you to

  • Maintain and clean guests rooms as well as replenishing room supplies Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy

    Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department

We are looking for someone who:

  • Preferably has relevant hospitality experience
  • Has strong interpersonal skills
  • Is a self-starter and a team player
