Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Executive, your main responsibility is to develop new markets in the company's core activities. to identify new services to be developed close to and linked to Trescal's main activity. This role's main purpose is to drive the growth and success of the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients or partners, and creating strategies to expand the company's reach. The business developer ensures the development of turnover and profit in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Research and identification of new business opportunities and target markets
  • Developing growth plans to achieve sales and revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies as well as new services
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners while building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to create the client offer and contract as well as participate in the renewal of the contracts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends
  • Present business proposals and reports to senior management
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities
