Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the commercialization/business teams to understand business positioning, performance, and competitive landscape; structure business logic and key drivers; and deliver strategic insights and corresponding solutions.
  2. Develop appropriate analytical methodologies and templates for commercialization initiatives to accurately reflect the budgeting and forecasting process; establish and enhance reporting and analytical frameworks to track budget and forecast performance.
  3. Collaborate with the product team to analyze and manage cost expenditures, ensuring reasonable and efficient ROI.
  4. Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct monthly rolling forecasts based on business developments and financial data, including monitoring budget execution and assessing potential risks.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2–8 years of financial management experience in mid-to-large organizations; experience in internet or advertising-related industries is preferred.
  2. Strong data analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop deep and mature insights into business models.
  3. Excellent organizational, coordination, project management, and communication skills, with strong ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
