Team & Job Description The Renewable Energy & Marine Structures product line is responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering software for Sesam, Bladed and Nauticus Machinery. Bladed is an industry-wind turbine load calculation software that is widely used in the global wind power sector. We are looking for motivated Bladed technical support engineers with solid fan engineering knowledge to join our team. This position will focus on providing users with technical support for Bladed software, driving product development and optimizing customer experience. Core Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support to Bladed users around the world to solve complex engineering and software problems
• Conduct Bladed training (online/on-site) to help customers efficiently master the cutting-edge features of existing and new versions of products
• Serve as a key account technical manager: build long-term trust relationships to ensure product implementation and explore business growth opportunities
• Support pre-sales activities:

provide professional support such as technical demonstrations and solution planning, and collaborate with sales teams to win strategic contracts

• Create and maintain an online self-service system (technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials)
• Analyze user feedback, refine implementable product requirements, and promote Bladed function upgrades
• Participate in product research and development: demonstrate product engineering analysis capabilities and practical application value through modeling, testing, and verification Job requirements Prerequisites:
• Doctoral/Master's degree in a relevant specialty
• At least 3 years of experience in wind turbine engineering, proficient in at least one of the following areas: o Aerodynamics o Structural analysis o Fluid dynamics o Load simulation
• Hands-on experience with Bladed or similar tools (OpenFAST/HAWC2, etc.).
• Fluent in English (technical documentation, presentation, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and good at explaining complex concepts in a simple way to different audiences
• Have a sense of collaboration Priority Conditions:
• Python/C++/FORTRAN basic programming skills
• Bladed API Application Experience: o Automated setting of load conditions o Write user-defined controller/external load DLLs o Analysis of results
