As we continue to develop this magical destination, we're looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape. 岗位介绍Position Overview The Finance intern will be a part of a team responsible for financial activities, with a focus on project data management, invoice processing, in support of SHDR Business Units, TWDC, etc. 该实习生将作为财务部门的一员,协助项目的财务数据维护以及发票流程管理,支持上海迪士尼度假区和华特迪士尼公司的财务相关工作。 主要职责Key Responsibilities

  • Project Finance Data download and Maintenance
  • 项目财务数据下载及维护
  • Invoices registration/log and workflow
  • 发票录入和流转
  • Time Card Management
  • 人员计时管理
  • Support the team for multiple financial reports (eg. Weekly project report, Contingency activities, historical data analysis etc)
  • 协助团队完成多项财务报告(例如:项目周报,不可预见费变动报告,历史数据分析等)
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned
