Responsibile:

  • Develop and implement the APAC-wide strategic sourcing roadmap aligned with the company's global and regional business objectives.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing for a broad range of categories, including but not limited to:Direct Materials: Raw Ingredients ,Primary & Secondary Packaging. Indirect : Logistics (inbound/outbound), 3PL, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) & Spare Parts, CAPEX projects, and other indirect spend.
  • Conduct deep market analysis, risk assessments, and supplier benchmarking to inform strategy.
  • Manage the regional procurement budget and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role covering Asia.
  • Deep expertise in the Chinese market across the specified categories, with an established network of suppliers and partners.
  • Proven experience in the food, agriculture or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
