Your Tasks

Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the procurement process of responsible categories in indirects and marketing area, ensure the procurement compliance and implement procurement strategy optimization activities.

The Purposes Of This Position Are

  • In Indirects area, provide required procurement services for VAS category about demands from Supply Chain Team.
  • In Marketing area, support procurement services for Market Research, Celebrity / Top Influencer, Public Relationships categories about demands from CDMO and Marketing Team.
  • Execution of end-to-end procurement process and category strategy within compliance frameworks and procurement policies.
  • Coordination demands with internal demand owners and actively identify opportunities to add value to business.
  • Contract & supplier management for responsible categories.
  • Category passport (light strategy) development for responsible scope by category spend analysis, cost & operation model optimization, supply market research, supplier visit, etc.
  • Procurement process execution and system usage (SRM, SAP, Ariba, Power BI, etc.).
  • Contributor to procurement KPI accomplishment and added business value.

Main KPI Tracking

  • Annual saving and APT improvement.
  • Other Procurement & Compliance KPIs (Maverick spend, Code of Conduct, etc.)

Your Profile

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience with proven results in procurement.
  • Fluent in both written and oral English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic capability of negotiation and project management.
  • Quick learner with problem solving mindset.
  • Team-oriented, pro-active, self-driving.
  • SAP, SRM, Ariba experience is a plus.
  • Fluent Chinese is a must.
