Brief description of the position:

This position need to deeply know about TMS product requirements/ SPEC assessment with analysis, then optimize the SW architecture design and define the interface of the bottom & application layer, and implement TMS application layer coding and model writing. Debug on the issues found during in the SW / system testing.

Key Tasks:

Participate in Thermal Management System (TMS) product requirement assessment, software requirement analysis, function formulation.Responsible for TMS software architecture design, interface design and definition of the bottom layer and application layer.Responsible for the design of core algorithm module of TMS (automatic clima control,fault diagnosis, etc.).Responsible for TMS application layer software code or model writing and implementation, software transplantation, test verification, field debugging, upgrading and maintenance.Cooperate with the underlying software, hardware and testing, complete the functional verification of TMS, design optimisation test verification, and mass production of the product.Responsible for and complete the design documents, test reports and other technical documents and archiving and updating, preparation of patents, standards, specifications, reports and other documents output.TMS Software MIL/ Static testing / SIL testing /function test.Defect management, including defect uploading, analyzing, evaluation on result of test case, corner case alignment with responsible developer owner and fix status tracking.Align and track HW/SW release schedule and execution of testing activities, to manage availability of test environment.Proactively initiate training demands for this position as well as support & mentoring for unexperienced team members.

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical or software engineering or related field.More than 3 years of TMS development and testing, at least a complete vehicle project experience.Familiar with TMS or air conditioning hardware and software testing standards and process specifications.Skilled in Canoe, Canape and other tools.In-depth knowledge on matlab, simulink, stateflow, familiar with embedded programming language(C,C++…).Familiar with AUTOSAR software architecture and ASPICE.Good execution, communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, good working quality and teamwork spirit.
