该职位来源于猎聘 业务管理:
- 根据产品市场计划和实际市场发展情况,并结合消费者促销(包括本地以及全国)或活动,制定具体的活动方案;
- 协助上级制定市场计划的明确KPI包括销量, 市场占有率, 品牌表现度, DME使用效率等等, 并确保计划的落实与执行;
- 反馈活动执行情况,并与销售团队及其他市场功能部门进行良好沟通,协助解决执行计划存在的问题,
- 追踪及汇报市场计划的KPI及DME使用进度, 并评估计划有效性及按需要提交報告及总结回顾;
- 管理所负责的产品品牌图象在本地市场上正确使用
- 定期分析产品表现,对主要消費者趋势、所负责品牌的健康及竞争性活動保持关注,以確保计划能反映本地市场实況及把握所有机会。
- 为产品的本地媒体投资项目提供建议.
- 按需要向銷售市场总监/市场经理/消费者市场经理/SBHO提供分析及增值意見。 跨功能合作:
- 协调部门内部及与公司其他部门的关系,使各项计划顺利执行。
- 定期拜访營業所、市場及重点客户。 人才管理及发展:
- 协助上级促进部门团队发展
- 对部门内的产品代表进行有效的业务辅导和绩效评估
- 对辖区及下属工作人员的安全行为及结果负完全责任;负责制定、回顾管辖范围的安全目标、制定标准安全运作程序;定期对管辖区域进行安全观察与沟通;为直属下属进行相关安全培训;激励下属持续安全运作;负责管辖区域安全事故的上报和彻底调查。
